    The 1st and 2nd editions of “Digital Elevation Model Technologies and Applications: The DEM Users

    Manual” is not an article but a hardcopy textbook with 655 pages and lots of graphics. It is not available
    in digital form but must be purchased from the ASPRS bookstore (American Society for Photogrammetry
    and Remote Sensing).

    The 3rd edition won’t be published until 2016, and it is currently uncertain as to whether or not it will be
    available in in both hardcopy and eBook format.
