Conc. : Manual installation of Oracle 10 on a VISTA client PC ONLY

1) Copy the folder VISTA CLIENT ONLY from the server to the client PC (on
C:\InstSoft Barco).

2) Go to the C:\InstSoft Barco\VISTA CLIENT ONLY folder). Now go to the

ORAAUTOINSTALL subfolder, and double click on OraAutoInstall102033.exe.
Deploy all the files. (he will put the files on c:\oracle10g setup)

3) On the folder where you deployed the files (see 1), double click on oraautoinstall.

4) You will get following screen. Make sure to fill in the values on the 3 screens
EXACTLY as in the screenshots below.

PS: in Birla the path will be c:\InstSoft_Barco\\VISTA CLIENT ONLY\Vista

Client Only CD 102030\stage\products.xml

PS: the server name in Birla is BARCO-SERVER-1. (or 2 for spinning)

Then hit the install button.

After a while, oracle will show following message. Hit continue

A few minutes later, the oracle installation is finished. Hit Exit.
