COMPLAINT OF ADRIAN OCAMPO MOSCOSO

This pertains to the above captioned subject matter for comment by the
undersigned.

and foremost, we vehemently deny the accusation of complainant
Adrian Ocampo Moscoso of the alleged Office’s inaction over the approval of the
subdivision plan that was submitted to our end for our evaluation and further
action.

As a background, the subject plan was submitted on February 8, 2018 by

Engr. Elicheon S. Mindaros for evaluation at the Surveys and Mapping Division
and recorded/encoded under Transaction I.D. No. 35314.

Thereafter, the plan was evaluated and it was determined that Csd-(af)-02-
001943 overlapped with Css-(af)-02-000337-D. The survey plan was rejected
under order No. 2018-04, and thereafter, the plan and its corresponding
documents were withdrawn by the concerned Geodetic Engineer.

On August 9, 2018, the same subject plan and its supporting documents
was re-submitted and recorded under IVAS I.D. 38084. The same was evaluated
at the Projection Unit by Engr. Marjorie Caluya on August 18, 2018, and was
determined with the following noted deficiencies:

1. The subject area to be subdivided is plan F-V-19121-D,

identical to Lot 11452, Cad 211, however, portion of it overlaps
with previously approved survey; and

2. The overlapped portions should be still indicated in the plan

with the corresponding separate computation of lot 4968
(portion) covered by plan no. Csd-(af)-02-001943-D and Gss-
(af)-02-000337-D.
 That due to the non-compliance of the concerned Geodetic Engineer to the
above-stated deficiencies, the plan was again rejected under order no. 2019-03
dated July 8, 2019, and thereafter, the plan and its document was withdrawn and
was never resubmitted as of this date.

In view of the above circumstances, the evaluation was temporarily

suspended.
