COMPLAINT MANAGEMENT WEBSITE FOR LIMKOKWING UNIVERSITY OF
CREATIVE TECHNOLOGY (LUCT) - MASERU CAMPUSES
*The diagrams for the complaint management system should be designed, executed
and output should be verified through prototypes to the relevant LUCT stakeholders.
EXPECTED OUTCOMES
Students are expected to come up with the complete complaint management website
and document and apply all concepts which they learned in this module in their
project. Some of the necessary parts that should be included in the document are as
follows:
Problem definition
Requirements
Class diagrams
Detailed class definitions
Hierarchy and generalization diagrams
SUBMISSION INFORMATION
You have to submit your final assignment as a complete document and website link
to itumeleng.mokhachane@limkokwing.ac.ls
The mini presentations should be followed up by softcopies submitted to your
lecturer’s email address on the respective presentation days by 8am.

You should prepare 20 minutes presentations on your project.
Share the responsibilities among team members and all group members must
contribute in the presentation.
Failure to attend the presentation sessions (Weeks 6,10 & 14) will lead to getting a
zero for the respective presentation mark.
SPECIFIC INFORMATION
This assignment is a group work and it carries 25% of the module total mark.
Literature review section includes the ‘latest papers’ review on papers which are in
scope of your problem definitions.
At least 10 published works must be reviewed and discussed in this section.
Your website can be developed using any preferred technology and object oriented
programming language.

You will receive marks based on the following table (25% of total mark for module):
