Subject: Application for Installation of New Tube Well at UC-42

Respectfully it’s to bring into your kind notice that two tube wells had been installed at
UC-42. Then Since last week one of these had stopped working and after through checkup by
engineer it is declared that it will not work anymore. Now the total load is on single tube well
and residents are facing extreme scarcity of water in this extreme weather.

For this I hope that you will be kind and considerate enough to install or setup a new tube
well as early as possible.
