Sub : Installation/Upgradation of SAP GUI 7.40 – Reg.

Ref : No ERP/109-1/ERP Corres/2015-19/87 dated 15-06-2018.

Please refer above cited letter under reference regarding updation of SAP GUI 7.40 from 7.30 in
all the desktop PCs using SAP in Tamilnadu Circle. But while reviewing the status of updatiion, the
status is not encouraging and very few PCs were upgraded to new version of SAP GUI 7.40. The status
of installation BA wise is attached herewith.

The SAP 7.40 Installation manual, Installation files dump and script files are available in ERP Help
desk 10.197.216.213  Implementation Tab (on the left)  Sl no. 7,8,9.

Hence all the SSA IT In-charge/BASIS L1s are once again requested to complete the installation
of new version of SAP 7.40 in all the SAP installed PCs in the SSAs.

The above work may be completed on priority basis.
