Identifying the SWOT analysis


S – Be able to enjoy a comfortable and cozy place while having a meal and a nice connection
and interaction with friends, family, colleagues, workmates etc. As a resto-bar we have third-
party vendors that give us quality products to make our beverages and appetizers. We have a
friend whose local artists that help us create an artistic that promotes creativity, positivity and
change.
W – As a new resto-bar, we are obviously not as established as some of the known “hot spots” of
the city. With the being said, meaning we do not have as much of an income yet as compared to
others for marketing and getting our name out there. This will require us to reach out and try to
get influencer endorsement and other free promotions through social media accounts like;
Facebook, Instagram, and other social network sites.
O – Be able to create a diverse, delicious food and drinks. Open jobs for fellow men, create safe
and comfortable spaces to all genders. And also, be able to satisfy our customers’ needs and
wants.
T- Ne-on Bam has to compete with the already existing resto bar around the area. It is our job to
write content, advertise and communicate with the community about how our resto-bar is a
different type of experience. While also looking at threats outside the competition, we also need
to look at our target audience. Since we are offering alcoholic beverages it will might put a
limitation non the younger end of our demographics however, we value our customers that’s why
we also offer non-alcoholic drinks.
TYPES OF STAKEHOLDERS
The type of ownership in this business is Partnership where the owners will be the general
partners. The owners will be personally responsible for any operation and risk the business will
surface. They are obliged to give everything for business success.
Partners will invest an amount of 8,000php each, for the business capital. The total contribution
will be 40,000php and that will be the business capital.

What are the Strength of the organization?
o We have a unique taste of food and drinks.

What are the areas where development or improvement is needed?
The areas where development and improvement are needed is the production area, where in case
we have a lot of customers to accommodate we are prepared to manage those things and to give
the service that our customers deserve.
Mission Oriented Question
The mission of Ne-on Bam Resto-Bar is to achieve the highest standard in terms of products and
services. To provide high-quality food yet affordable prices that anyone can grant.
The corporation’s goal is to start up possibilities, creating opportunities that lead to success. Our
first responsibility is to be financially as a corporation. To meet these goals, we will try to
consider the following.
The Mission goes further and we will be answering on how to be able do to that. We will create a
resto-bar that potential customers can come and enjoy a different type of bar scene. No more
loud bars, dark rooms and shallow relationship building. Allowing people to be free and be
human, connect and focus on experience supplemented with beverages and food.

the neon bam is wholeheartedly confident in the ability to succeed. That’s why Neon Bam Resto
bar continuing to study how to become more successful and consistent here in the business field.
Board of Directors and all of the staff of Neon Bam are welled oriented to the goal of the
business that’s why we are sure that we give are best to make this effective and to be successful
as to gain more customers because of the quality and Goodness of our products and services.
EXTERNAL ASSESMENT
Considering effects of our products on the health and well- being of our customers along with
our staff.
Having the impact or creating our influence and image in our society, environment, and
Showcasing high-quality attitude, fairness, understanding, and generosity between management,
staff (future endeavor) customers and vendors.
To create a place where people can come to have a conversation a place to facilitate that
conversation.
To be able to create comfortable and safe spaces for all genders.
Stating all these factors leads to awareness and responsible actions that will result in a
meaningful success beyond our basic financial goals.
Environmental Trends
Since Neon Bam is a Resto Bar and we have an alcoholic drink we make sure that our customers
are not minors and that they know their limitations in drinking alcoholic drinks, our protocols are
always there for them to be reminded. considering effects of our products on the health and well-
being of our customers along with our staff and having our own impact, and creating our
influence and image in our society, environment.
Competitive Analysis
Similar dining experience, New food businesses opening up. Many competitors are surrounding
our business, just like the other fast-food chains (e.g. Jollibee, McDonalds, etc.) that is very
popular and two of the long-time food chains here in our country. However, Ne-on Bam Resto-
Bar is not yet too late to offer our customers the unique tastes and spices that we made
personally. We added some recipes that will be able to be one of our business; trademarks.
There are over 60% of physical restaurants that are available in the Sta. Mesa. Indicates a large
presence of challenge in competing and showcasing products. Newest and small competitors
have successfully entered their concepts and ideas. Ne-on Bam which will be offering
innovative, authentic at affordable price products. Also, adding plans/options of take-out delivery
or posting through our official social media account. It will make a big advantage in creating a
market share that adds beneficial profit.
