REQUIREMENT 1: As a business owner who is planning to penetrate the international market,

would you prefer countries that are using totalitarianism over democracy?
ANSWER 1:
I don’t prefer countries using totalitarianism over democracy because as a business owner who is
planning to penetrate the international market, it is much better to make business in a democratic country.
The reason why I preferred more the democratic countries because of the high chance of Successful
International Market Penetration.
There are 4 keys to a Successful International Market Penetration.
which are;
1. Concentrating your efforts on the local market- Localizing your content ensures sensitivity to the
market’s culture and technology limitations.
2. Researching your demographics- Who is your audience? Research their demographics and break
it down into categories such as age, income, ethnicity, gender, etc. Looking at the information, is
this your preferred target market? If there are not enough potential customers to substantiate
focusing on this particular market, then it may be time to set your sights elsewhere.
3. Establishing a partnership- Working with a leading company that can supplement your service or
product can strengthen both companies.
4. Run the Numbers to Make Sure Your International Market Penetration Strategy is Feasible- The
numbers won’t lie. Whether you’ve established a partnership or are continuing forward alone,
does your plan make sense financially? It’s expected that it will take time for revenue to exceed
overhead. Facilitating a successful international market penetration is going to require some
spending.

The reason why I’m explaining this because even though you’ve done the No. 1 and No. 2 keys
or let’s say “steps” and now you’re going to establish a relationship with a country that is using
totalitarianism over democracy, the chances will be low because if he/she is not interested with your
product it’s over, no one in the can even oppose him/her that’s why it’s much better to go to a country
using democracy ESPECIALLY if your product in not well known enough for the countries to
acknowledge it as a “product” in their standard.
