ANSWER:

The company that I researched about is FWD LIfe Insurance Corporation. FWD is an
insurance company that is in partnership with BPI and Security Bank as its fund
managers. The company’s personnel range from its CEO and President, Li Hao Zhuang,
all the way to its agents to the lowest level - Financial Wealth Associates.

With the constantly developing world of business and approach due to various
technology and innovation, it would always be a great idea to gather insights and
perspectives from more people. Luckily, FWD Life Insurance Corporation keeps an open
ear for when we have comments, suggestions, and recommendations, most especially
the president, Li Hao. As such, the firm’s personnel can help the company adapt with
their field experience and insights from clients. At the same time, the HR staff of the
company can help achieve that goal by maintaining a quality standard of the
company’s personnel since quantity does not always mean better. Quality is always
