between Jul 03, 2021 02:20 PM to Jul 03, 2021 02:30 PM at 3400 McCollum Pkwy NW, KENNESAW, County of
Cobb, GA 30144 commit the offense of MURDER FELONY(F) violating O.C.G.A, Section 16-5-1, Said accused
did discharge a firearm into the body of the victim, Eugene Siller, causing said victim to suffer visible injuries and
internal injuries which led to the death of said victim. The firearm was discharged during the commission of an
aggravated assault.;
between Jul 03, 2021 02:20 PM to Jul 03, 2021 02:30 PM at 3400 McCollum Pkwy NW, KENNESAW, County of
Cobb, GA 30144 commit the offense of MURDER FELONY(F) violating O.C.G.A, Section 16-5-1, Said accused
did discharge a firearm into the body of the victim, Paul Pierson, causing said victim to suffer visible injuries and
internal injuries which led to the death of said victim. The firearm was discharged during the commission of an
aggravated assault.;

Section 16-5-21, Said accused did make an assault upon the person of Eugene Siller, with intent to murder, by
pointing the weapon at said victim and discharging it unlawfully, to wit: Said accused did discharge a firearm into
the body of the victim, Eugene Siller, causing said victim to suffer visible injuries and internal injuries which led to
the death of said victim.;

Section 16-5-21, Said accused did make an assault upon the person of Paul Pierson, with intent to murder, by
pointing the weapon at said victim and discharging it unlawfully, to wit: Said accused did discharge a firearm into
the body of the victim, Paul Pierson, causing said victim to suffer visible injuries and internal injuries which led to
the death of said victim.;

Section 16-5-21, Said accused did make an assault upon the person of Henry Valdez , with intent to murder, by
pointing the weapon at said victim and discharging it unlawfully, to wit: Said accused did discharge a firearm into
the body of the victim, Henry Valdez, causing said victim to suffer visible injuries and internal injuries which led to
the death of said victim.;
between Jul 03, 2021 02:20 PM to Jul 03, 2021 02:30 PM at 3400 McCollum Pkwy NW, KENNESAW, County of
Cobb, GA 30144 commit the offense of KIDNAPPING -KIDNAP(F) violating O.C.G.A, Section 16-5-40, Said
accused did abduct and steal away Paul Pierson without lawful authority or warrant and did hold such person
against their will, to wit: Said accused did bound the hands, legs, and mouth of said victim with tape. Said accused
did operate a white in color Dodge Ram pickup truck bearing Kansas license Plate “533NZM” which contained
Paul Pierson concealed in the enclosed bed of the pickup truck.;
between Jul 03, 2021 02:20 PM to Jul 03, 2021 02:30 PM at 3400 McCollum Pkwy NW, KENNESAW, County of
Cobb, GA 30144 commit the offense of KIDNAPPING -KIDNAP(F) violating O.C.G.A, Section 16-5-40, Said
accused did abduct and steal away Henry Valdez without lawful authority or warrant and did hold such person
against their will, to wit: Said accused did bound the hands, legs, and mouth of said victim with tape. Said accused
did operate a white in color Dodge Ram pickup truck bearing Kansas license Plate “533NZM” which contained
Henry Valdez concealed in the enclosed bed of the pickup truck .;
