BACKGROUND OF THE ACTIVITY
Activity Title 2nd Quarter SMEA for C.Y. 2021, S.Y. 2020-2021

Description An activity designed to present the school data for the quarter to the
stakeholders and give updates of the school activities.
Objectives The following were the specific objectives on the conduct of activity :
a. to present data under the Access, Quality, Governance
b. to discuss for the target and accomplishments of the school for the
quarter
c. to talk about the hindering factors and facilitating factors related to the
new normal education

HIGHLIGHT OF THE ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Impacts/Results The identified objectives and targets for the activity were met :
a. to present data under the Access, Quality, Governance
b. to discuss for the target and accomplishments of the school for the
quarter
c. to talk about the hindering factors and facilitating factors related to
the new normal education

POST-ACTIVITY EVALUATION
Participant’s The school is performing well, as evidenced by the School Monitoring
Feedback Evaluation and Adjustment (SMEA).The programs and projects implemented
in the school are worth supporting.
Methodology:
The activity had two parts. The first part was the opening program, and it
included the following:
 Pambansang Awit was conducted by Mr. Alvin Y. cabarles,
Secondary School Teacher I
 Prayer was given by the Grade 1 Adviser, in the name of Ms. Emelisa
T. Okada,
 Attendance Recognition was assigned to Ma’am Rowena B.
Mediante, a Master Teacher II in Elementary Department
 A welcome message was delivered by Ma’am Fredesvenda T. Uy,
also, a Master Teacher II from Elementary Department.
 Our school head, Ma’am Maria Elena B. Britania, explained what is
the statement of the purpose of the said activity.
 The Brgy. Captain, Hon Joel C. Legista, gave a short message, the
same with GPTA President, Ms. Ludivina C. Sildo. They were given
opportunity to witness what the SMEA was all about.
 The second part of the program was the conference proper. Each adviser in
every grade level prepared a dashboard data of their students. After all the
adviser finished their task, our school head summarized all the data that was
given by each adviser. She added the different programs and projects
covered with the duration of time needed for the SMEA. The activity was a
successful one because of the cooperation of all the teachers and from the
stakeholder as well.

Management of the Activity:

The activity was managed by the School and facilitated by the school head
and teaching staff.

Recommendation 1. The school must further strengthen the linkage with the stakeholders
to gain more support.
