CIRCLE BASED OFFICERS JOINED ON 21.06.2021:

TRAINING AND ASSESSMENT

In terms of Corporate Centre guidelines, in addition to the Induction training

programme, SBILDs shall conduct two days’ online orientation programme for Circle
based Officers who have joined on 21.06.2021.

Probation period of Circle Based officers is six months. A single Assessment Test
covering the gamut of training in online and classroom mode, basics of branch
banking, and banking knowledge expected of an officer with minimum two years’
experience in a scheduled commercial bank/RRB, shall be conducted on completion of
five months from the date of joining. Cut-off marks for clearing the assessment
test/confirmation shall be 70% (65% for SC/ST/PwD candidates).

Additionally, Circle based officers shall be required to complete Fifty e-lessons (As
per Annexure) within five months of probation.

Elaborated online self-learning material for CBOs is placed on “Sharepoint”, which can
be accesses by any authorized user on 24/7 basis. Circle Based Officers can refer to
the same for proper learning and preparation for assessment test for confirmation. All
newly Joined Circle Based officers are advised to go through the same immediately
after generation of ADS ID and PF Based Mail ID.

Modifications, if any, in training and assessment structure shall be advised accordingly.

All the controllers kindly arrange to appraise individual officers of the

provisions to enable them to prepare accordingly.
