Hulo National High School is situated in a far flung area of Pililla, Rizal. As you know
that the season is changing and the weather is getting warmer day by day so it has started to
get really inconvenient for the employees to work in the office. As there is no proper ventilation
system and the temperature in the office rises more than usual and it does not only disturbs the
employees but also disturbs their tasks.

In connection with this, we are kindly requesting for an Air Conditioner in the school
office. We believe that this will give convenience and will be beneficial to our students, parents,
teachers and stakeholders in bringing quality education.

this endeavors the realization of making every learner a literate individual. This determination
led to conceive the implementation of Blue Rizal: Barangayan sa Bawat Bata Bumabasa
(BR-B4) Program.

(BR-B4) Program is a Barangay- based program that intends to promote literacy

among children with community people as lead players. This program specifically targets:

 Make Barangay Hulo a reading barangay by 2022

 Promote family literacy across barangay Hulo by enhancing parents’ or guardians’
involvement.
 Engage Local Government Units and other stakeholders to participate and sustain the
communities implementation of BR-B4
 Develop learners who are readers at the Grade level.
 Hone productive individuals who will become assets of the community/ municipality.

In connection with this,Hulo NHS faculty and staff would like to request your good office for
a Reading Corner (Concrete Tables and chairs with roof within the school quadrangle) for our
students as well as for the parents on the smooth and successful implementation of the said
program.

Moreover, we would like to invite you to enjoin us to oversee and supervise this endeavor.
