REPORTING
Guidelines
Reporting of club activities
1. Submit the Report on Rotaract website by selecting “Report”after logging in here -
http://www.rotaract3190.org/club/home.php.

2. Report individual Project/Event by filling the report link after completion of each Project/Event.

3. The deadline to complete the reporting of project/activities of a given month is 7th of the
following month.

4.After submitting send an email with the list of Titles of reported project to your Zone’s Email ID.

Upload up to 4 images. Select
the photos / images such that
they capture the essence of the
entire project. One photo
should be a collage of after and
before project event.

Brief Explanation about the Project.
Pick your own club name. So that we
can identify which club has
submitted the report.

Zone your club belongs


Hosting - Club was part of planning and organizing
event, project, meetings, etc. Participation - Club
members have participated (only) in other events.
Volunteering - Club members were volunteering in
executing the event only.
Stand Alone - The project is planned and
organized by club on its own.
Joint Project - The project is planned and
organized in partnership/help of another
club/individual etc. Select the Host club(s) of the Project
(The clubs listed are from your own
zone).
Use Other, for clubs from other
zones and any other partners
(Separated by commas)

partners in planning and
execution of the project/event
etc.
The place were project was executed. Use Other, for clubs from other

Please select the required avenues as per
the nature of the project.
Total time spent (in hours) from planning to execution of the
project/event/meeting etc. by all volunteers. (Number of hours *
Volunteers)

Total count of volunteers / Rotaractors involved in planning and


execution of the project.

Total expense / donation involved in completion of the project.

Expense / value of the donations like stationery, commodities etc.


that are donated.

If the value is NIL then enter 0 (Zero).
