Hypothesis development

 If there is ethical leadership than it effect knowledge sharing


 If ethical leadership is more, than knowledge sharing will increase
 If knowledge sharing is more, than it will create more creativity
 If ethical leadership increases than it will enhance creativity
 Greater the knowledge sharing, greater the knowledge sharing

Theoretical framework

The dependent variable is creativity, knowledge sharing is the intervening variable here and ethical
leadership is independent variable.
Leadership have direct effect on knowledge sharing which further effect creativity positively. The
theory we apply here is social learning theory.
