Points discussed during team meeting conducted on 7th July
1. Confirmed whether all Class teachers have shared Head Boy links during assembly. 2. Head Girls link to be shared. 3. Voting for the same will be tentatively on Friday. 4. Confirmed about assemblies and Star of the month. 5. Camera should be ON while teaching, at least at the beginning or at the end. 6. Remind children about PMT, there will be no classes from 12th to 17th July. 7. All class teachers to make co-ordinators as admin in their respective class groups. 8. Remind children to submit papers at the completion of PMT paper. 9. Do not scroll back in between while answering PMT questions, as they can scroll once they complete all questions. 10. If any child is absent for any reason, inform Subject teachers. 11. New admission students to be updated with all records and allocate subjects in Entrar for that child. Call parents and brief them. 12. Will share July attendance cover page soon. Maintain daily. 13. To avoid confusion Star all the important messages/ go through all queries to avoid repetition. 14. Copy all timetables in a ppt to show it to children when they have doubts. 15. Updated paid list for books will be shared soon. 16. Need to call fee defaulters as soon as list is shared with Class teachers. 17. Teachers queries: * Too many messages and groups. Need to fix time limit. * Do not entertain parents’ messages after 9 or 10 p.m. * Children call at any time. * Can link of music video be shared. * Reposting of phone numbers and mail Id as parents deleted the details and asking for the same often. 18. Avoid thumbs up in group. 19. Few children in listen only mode/ not attended for a week – Call parents. 20. Make 2 separate email groups as per languages for sharing theme resources.
