1 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk

Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Melt the butter in a 9x13 inch
pan.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, stir together the sugar, flour, baking powder and salt.
Add the beaten eggs and milk; mix well. Tilt the baking pan to coat all of the
sides with butter, then pour the excess butter into the batter, and mix until
combined. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.

First o" guess it depends where in Finland your family(s) come from--we spell it Pannu
Kakkua. Like others we put butter into pan and it melts while oven is warming. Prefer to
top with lingonberry sauce. Maple syrup works well too as does cinnamon sugar.

Scrumdiddly. I used raw sugar and added vanilla sugar. I also served this with maple
