 Suspicious Behavior

I would write a field interview report for scenario 1. This person is at a school, asking

questions about security procedures and learning about the security systems in place to

protect the employees and students. This person has no children who attend this school,

which raises suspicions. After doing a field interview, I would have him removed from the

premises until he can demonstrate that he has a legitimate cause to be there.

In scenario 2, I would issue a BOLO to every other responding officer, instructing

them to lookout for a 2007 white Jeep Cherokee with the license plate number "ROY 3247."

All other authorities would be aware of this information and would be able to find the vehicle

and establish parameters based on their response time. I believe these two guys stole the

uniforms in order to plan a violent crime, and the money was used to facilitate those acts of

violence. As soon as the two individuals were captured and processed for the offenses they

had committed, the police report would be completed. Because they were apprehended, the

BOLO paperwork will not be required.

The suspect was asking suspicious questions about the day care facility such as the security
protocols, camera systems, etc. The suspect also denied having any children or family

2007 Jeep Cherokee PU White
 On May 30, 2021 Mr. Lewis and his accomplice robbed the Clean as a Whistle Dry Cleaning of money
and officer uniforms. The store clerk advised that two men wearing mickey mouse masks entered the
business and demanded money and all police uniforms that had been recently cleaned. They then fled the
scene in a 2007 White jeep Cherokee with license plate number "ROY 3247". The responding officer
issued a B.O.L.O. for the suspects vehicle. A short time later, my partner and I located a vehicle
matching the description issued. We were able to stop the vehicle and detain the two occupants who were
later identified as Michael Hernandez and Ralph Lewis. It is suspected that these two individuals were
going to commit an act of violence with the police uniforms.
