TAKARDAR TUNATARWA

An umurce ni da in rubuto maka da wannan takarda domin in sheda maka da

cewa a zaman da munkayi na Exco working Committee APC B/Kebbi Local
Government, Karkashin Jagorancin Alh. Sani Bello, sun umurtan da in rubuto
maka da wannan takarda domin atunanatarda kai inkasani, inkuma bakasaniba to
antunatarda kai cewa akwai takardar da kuka rubuto kuka nuna muna andakatar
da wani Exco mai suna Dogo Da, Malam Ranar 17/04/2015, saboda yanawa party
zagon kasa watun Anti-party lokacin zaben Abubakar Atiku Bagudu, Saboda, ya
nuna bashi bukatar Abubakar Atiku Bagudu.
Kuma ina mai sheda muka dacewa gas a hannun Exco da sukayi ga takarda, ga
kuma Photocopy na takardar a baya. Muka baku ansar cewa mun yarda
adakatarda shi, kafin muyi bincike.

To sai gashi munji ana Exco meeting das hi, don haka party na sheda maka da
cewa daga yau kada asake Exco meeting da shi sai party takare bincike game da
lamarinshi.

Don haka ana sheda maka da cewa yana nan zaman dakantance sai party tagama

HOW TO EXECUTE THE PROJECT

As we felt there is need for the construction of a culvert two cells for easy access

into the village for motorist and other wheel drives. We will notify all the people

concern in the village e.g, Village Head, Religious leaders, Business People and

the Youth in the community. There is need for a meeting to discussed issue of
how the execute the project, allow the people to know the importance of the

project and why we need to do it, it allow easy movement for the villagers,

vehicles and other related wheels.

Let the community accept the importance of the project and supported the idea of

constructing the two cells culvert.

If the community understands the importance of constructing the culver, then we

will make a cost estimate of the material needed for the project, e.g. Fine sand,

gravels, iron rodes, binding wire, clips, cement, flanks and nails. If we reached the

figure of the cost, then we think of how to raise the amount.

CONTRIBUTION

We will tax our selves according to our level, village leader, politicians, business

men of higher caliber will be tax different and the members of the town, and all

tax payers will donate generally according to their level.

And will set a committee to go out of the village to seek for an assistance from

our political leaders e.g councilor, chairman, members from our zone contractors

that come to the village seeking for our support during elections etc. If we raised

the figure or the amount needed for the project then we go for the job.
CONSTRUCTION

Before doing anything we will call for a meeting to notify the community of our

collective effort of generating the amount needed through different categories of

people, announced the donors names and the amount donated for the community

and the leaders in and out of the village.

Re-announced the material needed for the execution of the project one by one and

the amount on each materials let everybody here and agreed.

Make a committee of five (5) people from different part of the community let

every part has a representation or tribes e.g. Fulani, Hausa and Zabarmawa be

involve, let them know if there is any changes in the cost estimate, they should

inform the community leader to give them an approval before proceeding to buy

the materials.

The date that project will start all the community member will be there for

manpower, since it is a collective effort. Let everybody experience the hardship so

that they will take a proper care of the project by not tempering with it or allow

others to do. It’s everybody property.

After completing of the project they will call for a meeting of all members of the

community to attend, were to review of the project cost and commended the

members for their tremendous effort and contribution for the success of this

project of which is very important to the people and benefit of all.

COMMISSIONING

When the project is concluded the community will make again a committee of

five (5) people to arrange on how to commission this project. A date will be fixed

by the community leaders and make an arrangement of whom we will invite to

commission the project, make an invitation inviting all the stake holders, leaders,

politicians, local government councils, Business people and Youth of that area.

Invite the cultural tribes and even the religious leaders.

Arrange for the speech of the community representative on how the project was
executed by communal effort cash and labour. The government representative
will notice the unity of the community and maybe will next time give the
government opportunity to execute a meaningful project in that community.

CONCLUSION
This project was concluded happily and harmoniously with all the community
leaders and government representatives.
