1.Brief introduction
Straight line wire drawing machine is used for drawing of low carbon steel wire, medium carbon steel
wire and high carbon steel wire. With high stable performance, convenient operation and maintenance,
etc. It is the most advanced technology, with characteristics of PLC control, touch screen, frequency
inverter control, spraying tungsten carbide drum, water cooling system and high drawing speed.

3. Details Specifications for straight line wire drawing machine

(1). Capstan : Steel ZG45-55, hard alloy tungsten carbide is spraying-painted on working surface.
With HRC60-70.

(2). Drawing Die Box : The drawing die box is metal welded. It is divided into lubrication drawing
power box and water cooling box. The water flowing automatically for cooling.

(3). Tension Swinging Rod Wheel & Wire Wheel : The surface of wire wheel and tension swinging
rod wheel is spraying-painted tungsten carbide. Each drum has tensions winging rod wheel in
front of drawing die box, it is pneumatic cylinder control .With sensor to sense the variation of
wire flow and send signal to control drives for monitor smooth flow of wire without break.
The tension swinging rod wheel will have analogue proximity sensor to give feedback of its
position to drive. The wire wheel is to keep the balance of the wire flowing.

(4). Tension wire wheel : It is installed after the last drum, for wire take up smoothly and evenly.

(5). Brake : Pneumatic disc brake is for immediate stop of the machine. The wire brake via
communication signal sensor to control system.

(6). Water Cooling System : It is for cooling the drum temperature, extend the use life of drum .
With water inlet and outlet pipe system. With separate inlet and outlet pipe for drum water cooling
and die water cooling.

(10). Touch Screen : MCGS brand ,10” color touch screen. The function is for setting wire diameter,
working speed and PID . It also can display and adjust the wire weight, length and other parameters.

(11). Protective Cover : It is made of metal steel, use for safe production. There is a window to
observe the drawing process. During production, need to drop the protective cover.

4.Payment terms : 50% advanced payment, 50% balanced payment before shipment

6.Overseas installation and commissioning

Our company will arrange engineer to install and adjust machines, and training operator. The buyer
bear all costs including engineer’s salary, overseas visa fee, round trip air tickets, personal insurance,
accommodation and transportation fee.

7.After-sales service
The equipment mainframe warranty one year. During warranty period, the main frame appears to
quality problem, if not the user’s responsibility, the seller is responsible for it.
The seller provides the equipment for lifetime technical guidance service, and spare parts service.
