RESOLUTION NO. 2002-00018 RESOLUTION OF THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN OF CAVINTI, LAGUNA DENYING THE REQUEST FOR ISSUANCE OF “WAIVER OF JURISDICTION” IN FAVOR OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF LUISIANA(LAGUNA) OVER THE THREE (3) PARCELS OF LAND OWNED BY ATTY. ERLINDA Y. FABIE, SITUATED IN BARANGAY BULAJO, CAVINTI, LAGUNA. WHEREAS, a leter-ptition dated January 8, 2002 together with a photocopy of Cadastral Map (CAD 454-D, Module I, Case 3) which was approved by the Director of Bureau of Lands Ramon N CCassanova, CESO Il on July 20, 1983, was presented to the Sangguniang Bayan requesting that a “waiver of jurisdiction” be issued in favor of the Municipality of Luisiana over the three @) parcels of land registered as Lot No. 9365 and covered by TCT Nos. T-126122; T-125160 and T-124602 in Barangay Bulajo, Cavin, Laguna in the name of Erlinda V. Fabe WHEREAS, on the Cadastral survey conducted by the Bureau of Lands between March 2- June 7, 1988 the subject property falls within the contested area marked on the map as Municipality of Cavinti ‘versus Municipality of Luisiana which up to the present remains unresolved; WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, after mature deliberation on the matter, on motion of SB Member Bruno O. Miras, duly seconded by SB Members Roland P. Mesina, Manuel B. Ramos and Eliseo C. Toque, and by unanimous consent of this body, it was RESOLVED, as itis hereby resolved by the SANGGUNIANG BAYAN of Cavinti, Laguna that ‘the request forthe issuance of “waiver of jurisdiction” in favor of the Municipality of Luisiana(Laguna) cover the three (3) parcels of land situated in Barangay Bulajo, this municipality, registered in the name of Erlinda O.
