It could be happening to you for many reasons. In my opinion,you are used to


having bad habits. Whatever you do, you should have a organized schedule. If I
were you , I wouldn’t have any device of distraction before I go to bed . Times
before ,people used to go to bed early because they didn’t spend time surfing
the internet or we used to read a book to fall asleep quickly. Now ,social
networks play an important role in our life . We are getting used to using social
media almost all time and it could cause us serious consequences. Wherever we
are, we take a look at stories on Facebook, Instagram, etc. You must be careful
with that. I think sometimes you can’t pay attention at the university, you are
sleepy all day, you feel weak or you have stress. You can’t overestimate any
symptom you feel . If you are stressed , you have to visit your doctor . Maybe ,
he can recommend you some pills to fall asleep, but It’s important to take time
to relax , too. My advice would be to take a pair of days off to relax.
