COMPANY PROFILE

2.1 Company Background

Firm Synergy Sdn Bhd (FSSB) was incorporated on 2 June 2008 in Kota Kinabalu
Sabah Malaysia. It is a Bumiputera company, providing Supply and services of
Oilfield industrial equipment to the OIL & GAS industries and general industries.

In 2010, the company was granted a license to trade in accordance with Petroleum
ACT 1974 by Petronas, the National Petroleum Company of Malaysia. Since its
appointment as an approved Petronas Licensed supplier in Malaysia, Firm Synergy
Sdn Bhd has secured several projects with Petronas Carigali and oil and gas companies
throughout Malaysia.

FSSB work very closely with their clients and respective principles to provide value
and engineered solutions to prospective clients. All the products and service by FSSB
are direct appointment from manufacturers overseas as well as regional. The service
and Sales Department of FSSB consists of experience and dedicated sales and services
personnel who are well trained in their trades.

FSSB management team comprised of experience and highly committed professionals

in regards to the works, FSSB are ready to participate and qualified for any upcoming
projects.

2.2.1 Mission
To be the leading operations and maintenance service provider to the oil &
gas industry by providing answers that are technically well researched,
high quality engineering products, economically viable and implemented
to a high level of customer satisfaction. The company believes in strong

and quality service to clients.
