was serving in FG Public School (Girls) Multan Cantt and died during service on 03-12-2019.
According to Government policies payment of balance leave at credit is allowed. According to leave
account of my wife 662 days leave on full pay is credited upto 03-12-2019.

It is, therefore, requested that lump sum payment of 365 days may kindly be granted,
