TANDOORI SOYA CHAAP RECIPE

Tandoori Soya Chaap is a delicious vegetarian snack which can be easily


made at home. Here is the recipe.

INGREDIENTS INSTRUCTIONS
1/4 cup Hung Curd 1. Remove the stick from the chaap and cut it into small
2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste pieces.
2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli 2. Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Powder
3. Add the soya chaap pieces and mix well.
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tsp Tandoori Masala 4. Cover the pan and keep aside for 30 minutes.
1 tsp Chaat Masala 5. Thread the chaap in skewers.
1/2 tsp Black Pepper . Cook the chaap over direct flame until nicely browned.
Powder
7. Transfer the cooked chaap in a mixing bowl.
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Garam Masala . Add the ingredients mentioned in serving and toss well.
Powder 9. Serve immediately.
1 tbsp Kasuri Methi
2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Fresh Cream
1 tsp Lemon Juice
4-5 sticks Soya Chaap

FOR SERVING:
1/4 cup Onion sliced
1 tsp Lemon Juice
2 tsp Green Chilli chopped
1 tsp Chaat Masala
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Fresh Cream

NOTES
If using dried soya chaap, soak them in water so that they get rehydrated. Then use them in the
recipe.
