Carpool Impressions

Onboarding Process
Sign up with your Mobile number, Facebook and
Google.
Complete the instructions and Verify the profile.
User Verification
For Ride Offerers, there is a provision to upload their
certain documents that are predefined by the Admin.
In case the Offerers do not get their documents
verified, they will not be allowed to Offer a Ride.
Offer a Ride
User who owns a vehicle can offer rides to ride takers
who are travelling on the same route by sharing seat
availability details.
● Enter from & to details
● Enter date & time to schedule the ride
● Enter number of seats available and your desired
fare for a seat
● Enable request for a closed community
● Tap on ride history for editing and rescheduling the
rides
Start Your Journey
User who offers the ride can start the journey from his
pickup and end the journey once he reaches his
destination
● Automatic start ride notification 15 minutes before
ride schedule
● Manage all co-riders from ride history
● Tap contact icon to coordinate
● Start and end ride of each co-riders individually
during journey
● Get fare for each co-rider while ending there ride
● Provide feedback to co-riders
Find a Ride
User who are travelling to office by crowded bus, high
demand cab/taxi, and auto rickshaws can find rides
offered by Ride Givers who are travelling on the same
route.
● Commuter can select a ride from the list of rides
offered by Givers
● Commuter can select his pickup and drop off
● Commuter can enter number of seats he wants
● Commuters can see the estimated fare for their
route
● They can manage their booking from ride history
● They can rate the givers
Sort and Filter
Sorting and Filtering of users can be done from the
matching options.

● Select Seats
● Choose Gender Preference
● Select Pickup and Drop off Location
Ride Tracking
● The application provides feature for givers to
share their actual location during the carpool,
for co-rider to see live tracking.
● The co-rider can see the ETA of giver.
History & Peer Feedback
● Post completion of ride, a user can check the
details of the trip.
● This section also allows the user to rate their
peers (driver and co-passengers)
Emergency Mode
● The application allows the user to raise an
emergency help request via the Emergency
Mode which notifies the admin as well as the
selected emergency contacts that the user is in
an emergency.
● A Tracking link is also sent which consists of
the co-riders contact details and a live tracking
link with the ride details.
