4. By what means does the eighth juror change the opinion of the other juries?
5. Why is there a second voting? What is the reaction to it? Why does the old man
vote “not guilty”?
6. Have you noticed any prejudices in the play? If so, to what extent do they
influence the decisions of the jury?
8th juror: “It`s very hard to keep personal prejudice out of a thing like this. And
no matter where you run into it, prejudices obscure the truth” (66)
7. What is the setting like? How does it influence the decisions of the juries? Do
you notice any difference between the decisions made in the toilet and the ones
made in the jury room?
