Can you open a P2 ticket for this issue? There is no immediate impact on dealers but if it persists the ICS warranty dashboard pages will become unavailable.

Somebody should let Isuzu MIS know. This probably warrants opening of a P2 ticket.

I think this issue needs to be investigated by the BW team. ICS is still receiving the exception shown below.

The timestamps on the SQL Server table indicate that the token job is running as scheduled, but it received the following exception at 9:00, 10:00, and 10:30 AM

If it breaks again we need to have engineering investigate why the job is not running like it should if that is the problem.
The BOBJ token job seems to have stopped working in production – see below.
