1 CONFIDENTIALITY

All employees will have access without any difficulty to all the documentation
appropriate to their functions. The hierarchy is responsible for confidentiality
and security of information and data. All the arrangements had been made to
prevent unauthorized publication of confidential informations.

The following rules are applicable by COMPANY’s staff:


• Act at every level with probity and loyalty.
• Act like the best in order to provide services of highest quality.
• Seek and accept only works that can be performed with competence.
• Perform our work with respect to applicable standards, COMPANY
rules and our clients' instructions.
• Respect the confidential character of received information in any
circumstance.
• The staff is informed of these rules, which implies that it must not be
influenced at any time by commercial, financial or other pressures that
can intervene on its technical judgments and on the result of tasks
entrusted to it.
• An ethics code of the group is distributed to all members of the staff,
which are trained and engaged in writing to respect it.

COMPANY guarantees the confidentiality of obtained information, as part of


its activities of inspection through:
• Agreement of confidentiality;
• The clauses of the agreement of confidentiality required by the clients;
• Work contracts include a clause of confidentiality.
