Breath walking

Last week, it was a really busy week for me because I had a ton of deadlines and projects
that needed to be done as soon as possible. Also, I had the first final exam of this semester.
Monday was a horrifying day since I had a presentation, a quiz, and the first final exam on the
same day. After that day, I started to review and read through all the lessons of other courses.
It was Wednesday when I tried to have a walk for relaxing after long days of studying. I
do not know why, but the weather was not really good. Maybe because of the pollution, I felt
like the air was not that clean and it was pretty hard to look around with the high concentration
of fog and mist or even smoke. I had decided to walk to a coffee shop and buy a cup of coffee for
relaxing.
At the first few minutes, I felt like my body was really tired and lifeless since I had sunk
in studying too long. Thus, my body moved slowly or even did not move at all. At the same time,
I think my breath was a bit fast because I tried to get the air to refresh myself. After a few
minutes, I was getting more energy and felt like I was reborn. I began to slow down the breath,
as well as to have more arm movements.
In fact, I am having a lot of anxiety and depression, so walking is very helpful for me.
However, because of the air pollution, I did not feel really good when going out. Also, there is a
construction area nearby our school, I am facing noise pollution. Overall, the experience was not
too bad because I had a break for relaxing and buying a cup of coffee. Walking is actually really
good, but because of the external factors, it cannot demonstrate all of its advantages.
