ACTIVITY 1

1. McDonalds does not only serve food for some certain people, they serve different variant of
food to satisfy the different wants and need of their customers, like for example for their burger,
they have in their menu the Junior burger for the children and the Big Mac for the adults with
this McDonald’s is able to keep production sots and customer prices low; meanwhile,
Operational Excellence helps maximize the efficiency of the product development process to
minimize costs, but creates a competitive advantage on operational excellence.

2. McDonald’s strategy ensures that their products that their consumers desires by listening to
their consumers. McDonald’s strategy does not only benefit itself but also benefits its customers
by having a quality service. Their strategy attracts a lot of consumers because the consumers
finds it convenient and worth of their money to be served by McDonalds.
