House one
 Location: Adam town, bole
 Type : Residential house
 Number of room: 5
 Story:g+0
 Size of the site:- 140 sq.m
 Has L-shape configuration
Facade: the facade of the house is well plastered and beautiful there is
no visible leak in the wall. And It is decorate with different decoration tools

Living room: the living room is convenient and has an appropriate standard
size. one of the defect raised in the house is the disturbed front view.
Because of the guard room in front of the house.as a standard living room
is accessible to bath room and one bed room.

Bathroom
There are two bath room including toilets there is no problem with the
bath room which is convenient for the family number, and gender.
,
Bathrooms are reached by a short hallway, apart from living areas.
Bathroom to serve the living area and the kid’s bedrooms must have it
located for easy access from both the living and sleeping areas. To attain
this there are outside bathroom which Is accessible for everybody in the
compound. The outside bath is a type of half bath room.

Bed room
There are two bed rooms generally in the house the one is the master bed
room for the parents and the other is for kids. The house holder complain
about the shortage of bed room for children. The master bed room contain
its own bathroom. The location of the bed room is good in which it is not
exposed for noise and solar light at afternoon. Beyond this there are
appropriate arrangement of the furniture’s including beds, cupboards, and
mirrors.
Kitchen
The house has one kitchen room which is enough for this type of family.
It is added with appropriate fixtures and furniture’s. One defect raised in
this part of the house is there is a shortage of walk away space on the
kitchen.
And also the fixture are not set as a standard kitchen arrangement. Other
than this they try to use the spaces appropriately.
There are also a small dining room beyond the kitchen. Which is
prepared according to the number of the family. Other than the shortage
size of the dining room fixtures is suitable and convenient with the house.
Other Observation reports

The other defect is the shortage of storage places. As I see the house holder
store there tools in the backyard small space.

Most circulation of the house is carried out side of the house since it is a villa
house. So there is no shortage of circulation ways from one room to the other.
The architect try to protect the bed rooms from the afternoon harsh sun light
.other than the children bed room and bathroom the other class has no problems
with size and orientation.
