Dear Sirs,

RE: PRE-LOADING SHIP/SHORE INFORMATION EXCHANGE


For sake of good order, I kindly ask you to acknowledge receipt of this letter detailing requirements on my part, as well
as on the part of the charterers and other parties concerned, connected with the loading operation at your terminal:

- Upon deballasting completion, I request you to arrange that all overboard and seavalves be sealed by your
representative and/or the independent surveyor (if employed by cargo interests) and a relevant certificate in this
respect be issued and delivered to the vessel.

- As per charter party and relevant voyage instructions:

- Vessel is of double hull design and any de-ballasting operation will take place concurrently with loading.

- Please provide vessel in writing, well before completion of loading, with the most accurate final density/API of the
cargo as to draw up a proper cargo plan, calculating in time the cargo quantity to be loaded with a view to avoiding
any over or short shipment with respect to charterers’ loading instructions, her draft marks and/or other restrictions
contained in charter party or voyage orders.

- Immediately upon commencement of loading, I request you to arrange to take a sample from shoreline, which after
having been properly sealed must be delivered to the vessel.

- On completion of loading, a joint sampling operation must be carried out and minimum 2 x 1 liters /
properly sealed composite samples from vessel’s tanks have to be handed over to the
vessel, one of which is to be delivered to cargo receivers at the discharging port(s).

- You are kindly requested to provide vessel with the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) of the product(s) supplied.

- Apart from providing vessel’s own set of cargo documents please arrange, per charterers’ instructions, to place on
board hereunder mentioned documents, which are to travel with ship’s bag so as to e handed over to consignees at
the port of destination:

- I furthermore request that the terminal operator checks the state of shore
line prior to loading and advise vessel in writing whether it is full or empty.
