1. JOB PURPOSE

This position shall be responsible for monitoring CNC/VMC/HMC operation & programming, machine shop
production, new product development, Lathe production etc.

3. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES

CORE ACTIVITIES
▪ To handle and lead the team/department
▪ Job production, planning and control.
▪ Plan manpower for the smooth operation.
▪ Proper storage and handling of all items.
▪ Maintain good housekeeping & discipline in the manufacturing area.
▪ Product Identification and, traceability, in Production area.
▪ Maintain Quality Records of his department.
▪ Identifying risk & contingency affected on Product quality & delivery.
▪ Corrective / Preventive action on customer complaints
▪ To control the special characteristics as per requirement
QMS
▪ Coordination & Implementation with MR for ISO 9001:2015, API Q1/5B/5CT, IATF 16949, ISO 45001 & 14001 etc.
EOHS
▪ Awareness of EHS Policy, Emergency preparedness. Knowledge on legal and other requirements. Awareness on
system requirement for implementation and Standard requirement
▪ Significant Aspects & Impacts / Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment
▪ Operational Control Procedure, Personal protective equipment, EMPs.
▪ Knowledge on Emergency preparedness and Response

4. AUTHORITIES

• Stop and control production of non-conforming products.
• Fulfill resource requirements as necessary to carry out day-to-day manufacturing activity.
• Identify the problem related to Product, Process and Quality System and initiate the Corrective action for the same.
• Verify the implementation of solutions.
• Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformity’s relating to product, process and quality system.
• Initiate work for providing solutions through designated channels.
• Control further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory
condition has been corrected.

a) Qualifications
▪ Diploma in Mechanical
▪ BE in Mechanical
b) Work Experience
▪ 12 to 16 years relevant experience.
