1. Dimension: Participation

Extremely Good 7 Actively seek input in addition to recognized

Good Performance 6 Occasionally seek input in addition to recognized
sources and facilitates implementation of solution
Slightly Good Performance 5 Ensures that ever one’s thought and opinions are
considered in reaching a solution
Neither Poor nor Good 4 Listen to others and seeks solutions acceptable to

Slightly Poor performance 3 Occasionally listens to others but supports own
solution
Poor Performance 2 Considers only own opinion when seeking solution
