MANIFESTATION

COMES NOW the BONDSMAN JAINAL J. AWWALIL, of the above-

entitled case, through undersigned counsel, unto this Honorable Court

most respectfully submits this manifestation and further avers the following:

1. That the bondsman is the very person who signed the condition of the

bail.
2. That the bondsman is likewise the one who signed the manifestation

submitted to this Honorable Court on July 24, 2020.

3. That the bondsman’s signatures sometimes varied. The reason for

this is that, being a humble elementary school graduate, he did not

have enough experience dealing with legal forms and other official

papers.

4. That the bondsman was thus unaware that he had to have a

consistent signature. As such, he signed the above-mentioned

manifestation unmindful of the obligation that he should have a

consistent signature and unaware of the legal repercussions of

having varied signatures.

5. That the bondsman appeals to the benevolence of this Honorable

Court and prays that he be excused and forgiven for his unfamiliarity

with the rule on signatures.

6. That the bondsman likewise prays to this Honorable Court that no

criminal action shall be brought against him as in fact he did not

falsify the manifestation.
