Role Model
This managerial trait allowed Apple to take on an identity, because that trait of being precise with the
small details is a trait of Steve that was printed in the company, and we can all recognize clearly. This is
an example of how a role model impacts your staff and organization.

2. Quality not Quantity

Money making is not everything, we must be more focus on quality (excellence) not quantity (money).
This means having the best or perceived best of something rather than a lot of cheap or less valuable
versions. We should be very much focused on innovating ideas and unique innovations. Rather than
focusing on making money, we should be focused on providing quality services.

3. Effective Communicator
According to the text, Steve Jobs is described as someone who encouraged creativity by listening to the
ideas on the team, consequently, the communication followed naturally within the company, reducing to
a minimum the interference of hierarchy. He always reflected on new ideas regardless of their initial
drawbacks so he could consider the benefits with a clear mind, set on the future.

4. Optimized the potential for creativity

Finally I consider this a great trait of a manager because it shows that he had a clear reading of the business
needs, identified that his employees and their creativity were a very important stakeholder for the
company, and he implemented all the measures so the potential for creativity of the company was the
highest possible or achievable, in a company that lives and breathes creativity applied innovation.
