b. gives love and care
c. gives full support and encouragement for the learning of the children.
- Parent’s must give time to guide their children to finish/accomplish the given
activities at home.
- Parent’s will act as a guide at home who needs to be patient, flexible and open-
minded on the concerns and needs of their child to the given activities.

Here are some tips in guiding your child/children:

Do’s
a. Give time to explain to your child the activities that may be too hard to them.
b. Let your child answer their activities while guiding him/her.
c. Let them rest in the scheduled break.
d. Set limits and be consistent with your discipline

Dont’s
a. Don’t let them do things at the same time like playing cellphone while doing
their activities.
b. Do not put too much pressure on your child while working on their modules.
c. Do not disturb the child while they are doing their activities.

4.2. Parents should encourage positive attitude towards learning of their child.
- Parents need to be a good role model to their child/children by which they show
the positive side of life through learning.

4.3. Monitor their children in surfing the net while doing the activities.
- As a parent it is your responsibility to ensure that your child is attentively focused
in doing their activity rather than using phone/gadgets which leads your child to
gadget addiction which will probably make learning less priority when they are
using the allotted time for modular distance learning in playing games and surfing
social media account.
5. Learning Platforms (Presentation of the Learning Resources and Platforms)
