MINUTES OF FOURTH LEADERS’ LAC SESSION ON LDM 1 COURSE

Date: July 23-24, 2020

The LAC session started on time at 8:00 o’clock in the morning. Dr. Victoria T. Battad
continued monitoring the conduct of the said LAC Session. Dr. Marides S. Datu started her
session on Module 3 with a prayer and then asked again the participants about the different
LAC Protocols/Norms to be followed. Participants were asked to watch a tutorial video on
LDM Decision Tree. They discussed about how to accomplish the different Decision Tree
templates. Each LAC member was given enough time to work on school Decision Tree based
from available data like Learner’s Enrolment and Survey Form/Summary and other relevant
data in line with the possible implementation of chosen modality. Others asked the data
from their School LIS Coordinator so as to continue the said activity. LAC members were
given a chance to present accomplished task. Then, the LAC Facilitator continued her
session on the Lesson 2 and let the participants watched again another video tutorial on
LDM Readiness Assessment. Then, each School Head participant was again given a chance to
familiarize himself/herself on the given tool and accomplished Quarter 1. After that, they
worked on different LAC Forms. Then, each participant was again asked to write
professional reflection about the session.
