Job Title: Document Controller

Objective: Looking to broaden my experience in the fields of office works in


construction and marketing industry, or well establish company that can utilize
and maximized my full potential which is evident of my hard work & dedication
that can contribute the company.

 Checking the accuracy of all documents and drawings (tittles, control number, standard
template must check accurately.
 Control of the incoming and outgoing correspondence, transmittals through MS Outlook
System/Computer.
 Using of transmittal for the drawing and documents are followed for in and out for
proper documentation.
 Using documentation software for proper system documentation.
 Always check the system records if there is incoming or pending documents and
updating of records are necessary.
 Well maintain all important documents and drawing for safekeeping including
subcontractor and company records are very much important even it is old or
revised drawings.
 Supervising and ensuring proper receipt, recording, distribution, file, and arc
hive of electronic and hard copy documents.
 Facilitate a record to CD/DVD all important documents as part of backup plan if Virus
compromise your company/personal computer.
 Preparation of weekly and monthly report to update the construction team regarding
the schedule in daily activity of the construction team.
 Preparation and managing correspondence, reports and documents.

 Using of transmittal for the drawing and documents are followed for in and out for
proper documentation.
 Always check the system records if there is incoming or pending documents and
