The report students prepare should contain following information:

1. Introduction: This paragraph should contain general information about your
family. The information like “definition of vital registration system, characteristics
of vital registration system, list of vital events registered by your family members”
are to be included here.
2. Objectives: Write the major objectives of your report. (in points)
3. Vital registration record: Upload any one form filled up by you to register vital
events of your family members
4. Merits of vital registration system: Enlist the merits of vital registration
system.
5. Demerits of vital registration system: Enlist the demerits of vital registration
system
6. Conclusion: Conclude your report with appropriate statements.

Students can prepare either hard copy or soft copy of the report.
Students need to attach reliable images.
