o If unable to log-in using either option, select “Don’t have a login? Sign up.”
And follow the prompts using your VCI email address and VCI Network
Password.
• Once logged in to Smartsheet, open/view the latest eComm File.
o For first time access: Select the Notifications Icon in the upper right-hand
corner.
o When logging in after the first log-in, the sheet should automatically
populate for you.
Step 3: • Find your assigned rows – recommended to use Ctrl + F, and then type in your
Gather name.
Account # &
Message ID
from I-View
• Locate the Account Number1 & Message ID2 in the far-left columns.
• Delete the “4XXXXX” and replace with the Message ID from Step 3.
• Delete the “8XXXXXXXXX” and replace with the Account Number from Step 3.
• Hit ‘Enter’
• The customer’s message will populate in I-View like normal.
• Respond to the customer’s inquiry per normal eComm Policies & Procedures (MC
Article #2565).
o Don’t forget to properly note the customer’s account in DM!
Step 5: • Once the customer’s inquiry has been addressed, the message has been sent via I-
Completing View and the account has been noted in DM, go back to Smartsheet.
