The Climate Change

Another major network of nature is the climate systems. The climate is a very important factor in
ensuring the survival of many
species here on Earth. If the
climate is extremely hot, the
waters will dry up and many
living organisms will die. If
climate change is too cold then
the world will be frozen and
many living organisms will die.
Thus, a sustainable climate
capable of sustaining life must
be maintained at all times.
However, this is threatened
because of climate change.
Climate change is different from
experiencing a sunny morning
and a rainy afternoon. This is an
experience of the weather, not
climate. In order for us to have a
better grasp of what climate change is, it is best to begin with a distinction between weather and climate.
From this explanation, one can see that weather pertains to changes in the state of the atmosphere, for
instance, from sunny to cloudy to windy or rainy. The average weather in a given period determines the
climate in a particular part of the world. The Philippines, for example, has a tropical climate. Meanwhile,
a change in the regular climate of a place constitutes climate change. An example is when we experience
warm December when it is usually cold or rainy summers when it is usually hot.
