Executive Summary:

This is the daily report of 01st May 2021 for Project Taara WOC link installed in
Kohima/Nagaland. The Link Distance is 5.9Km.
The RSSI and Link Health Graph indicate that the Link was down from 14:24:00 pm to
15:22:00 pm & 17:59:00 pm to 23:09:00 pm due the weather issue (wind and rain) occurred
at Kohima Science College (SN297) & Kohima Secretariat (SN298) area.

Bit Error Rates were lower than threshold of 10-2 i.e. <1% BER/FER. Channel 1 – which is
carrying Customer/Internet Traffic from REMOTE End had utilisation of max 228.03 Kbps
with an average of 58.65 Kbps. Channel 2 – which is carrying IPG Traffic of max 9.59
Gbps with an average of 6.58 Gbps.

EDFA Max Output Power is set to 25 dBm. EDFA output automatically varies to

counteract weather events. No Major fluctuation in EDFA Power seen during the
observation time.

For Jitter value if Ch-1 Average latency is <1msec, Jitter can be mentioned as 0. If Average
latency is >1ms, Jitter can be max (Latency) - min (Latency). 

Average Jitter value for SN97 Ch-1: 0msec, since average Latency was 0.27msec
Average Jitter value for SN98 Ch-1: 0msec, since average Latency was 0.24msec
