Customer relationships are essential to business success.

Just like
personal relationships, it's important to cultivate and nurture customer
relationships. When organizations develop strong relationships with
their customers, it can lead to loyal clients, positive word of mouth and
increased sales.
Economic issues facing the world economy, as well as regions and
countries, include prospects for growth, inflation, energy and the
environment, inequality, labor issues, emerging markets, and the
impact of new technologies.
Primary stakeholders are individuals or entities that benefit from or
are directly impacted by the operations and activities of a business.
Both public and private companies and small and large businesses
have stakeholders. A small-business owner must recognize the
sometimes competing or conflicting needs of each of his stakeholders
and operate his business in a manner that will deliver the benefits
expected by each one
Ethics are a collection of principles of right conduct that shape the
decisions people or organizations make. Practicing ethics in marketing
means deliberately applying standards of fairness, or moral rights and
wrongs, to marketing decision making, behavior, and practice in the
organization .Advertising is important, because by acting ethically with
their advertising, a company is being responsible towards the needs of
the customer. Companies need to show they have morals when
advertising to consumers, because that makes consumers' feel like the
company cares about what they need.
