When we think about housekeeping, the first thing that comes to mind is cleanliness.
The Housekeeping department is responsible for keeping a five-star hotel looking fresh
and consistent every time we visit. These Housekeepers work in shifts to ensure that
the hotel's requirements are met. The aesthetic appeal aids the visitor in forming a first
impression of the establishment. The Housekeeping department is key to the success of
a hotel. Even if the hotel's service isn't up to par, a clean atmosphere, specifically a
clean space, will entice visitors to return.
Managing employees is the most difficult job that any hotel owner faces. When it comes
to the Housekeeping department, there is a lot of hard work and long hours. It is difficult
to inspire workers since the work is monotonous and exhausting. Management should
always take the measures required to minimize high employee turnover. Since the
Housekeeping department is in charge of the hotel's rooms and public areas, full
coordination with the other departments is needed to ensure a smooth and efficient
work flow.
