 6.1 Product Design

 Product Description – Figz Mnl is selling high quality knock off toys at an affordable
price. It will give me a nice income.

 Ingredients – The action figures are made out of PVC Plastic.

 Product Life Cycle – Action figures do not deteriorate.

6.2 SIPOC Diagram

SIPOC is a high-level process map that identifies major components and

consideration in writing an operations plan for us, Students. It will serve as a basis in preparing
the details of other components of this operations plan. It provides a fact-based overall process
description as a basis for understanding proposed process or current state. A simple diagram to
identify the basic elements of a process system such as: Boundary scope, suppliers, inputs,
process steps, outputs and customer.

f. International Resin Studios (Too many to mention) – There are a lot of studios
that are well-known in Resin-Made figurines.
6.3 Process Plan Standard Procedure and Quality Management
  Inventory Management – It will be handled by Me and I will assess on what will be
fast-selling and slow-selling items. With the data’s, I can infer what stocks should be
restocked and what trend will be for the given month.
 Distribution – The main process of Figz Mnl is to use facebook and Instagram as a
medium to reach out different collectors and enthusiast. I’d like to experience on how to
pack my items well because we have a bad courier rating in the Philippines. I want to
ensure that their package will be delivered safely.

  Location – Figz Mnl is located at San Miguel, Manila.
