Drill Objectives:

1. To improve awareness of the emergency situation in all the staff through the drill
for an emergency situation at LPU2 sites.
2. To be familiar with an escape route at LPU2 sites.
3. In an emergency event, employees should evacuate quickly and get safe areas or
muster point orderly for reducing and prevent casualties, ensuring personnel to be
safe, and improve the speed of gathering.

Exercise Scenario:

Workers operate as usual at LPU2 sites on Feb. 01, 2021, Notification of emergency done by
Mr. Abbas who got instructions to evacuate the worksites immediately, called LPU2 O&M
supervisor Abdul Azim, and communicate the notification, location of the event, and other
details then he gave them the instruction of activating Tier 2 Emergency.

O&M supervisor activates the siren and evacuates all staff to the Mustering Point.

The LPU2 security team (Mostafa Habeeb) gives instruction to their staff to close the gate
then prepare the POB and submit it to the LPU2 O&M supervisor.

When the Tier1 Emergency Response Team at Sites is activated, they lead the headcount
and report the situation to the O&M supervisor. (Mr. Abdul Azim).

The LPU2 O&M supervisor makes an SSD with the crew and communicate the situation with
them and gave them the instruction to evacuate the area .
