RESOLVED, FURTHER, That the law firm of Tantoco Villanueva De Guzman Law
Offices [Tavidell) andf or any duly authorized member of the said Iaw firm, be authorized,
as he/she/it is hereby authorized, to transact with different government agencies
including but not limited to the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Seiurities
and Exchange commission [SEC), social security System (sss), philippine Health
Insurance Commission IPHIC or PhilHealth), Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF or
