    Greetings of safety during this pandemic.

    We hope this email finds you well as we are a few steps closer to the end of our semester. In
    preparation to our final requirement, we are hereby to propose a desktop pc as the equipment/
    device that we will be utilizing to undergo preventive and corrective maintenance. This device
    was chosen through critical brainstorming by each members considering the availability,
    expertise, and knowledge of the said device. Hence, we are humbly requesting your approval so
    we could start our tasks as soon as possible.
